Why not become part of an exciting new ‘Movement’?
We learn more effectively in groups rather than as individuals and we are far more similar than different. Everyone I meet asks me a version of one question, ‘Am I the only person who thinks like this/has this problem’. My answer is : “No – we are all the same !”
Imagine sitting around a table of ten like minded women or men and learning some vital tools that will give you the resilience to navigate this thing we call life with greater ease.
Warrior Women & Men at Barlow House is where we come together as individuals and leave as a tribe of powerful people safe in the knowledge that we are not alone in our struggles.
Each session lasts 2 hours, 7-9pm on Monday evenings. We will discuss all the hot topics I get asked about in The Positive Mindset Room, usually confidence, boundaries, self esteem and how to put yourself first. A unique feature of this is that you are invited to contribute to the agenda prior to the event, thus making it a bespoke event for every group. All topics will be discussed and in a confidential, supportive and non judgemental environment, in the beautiful, relaxed surroundings of Barlow House.
Please get in touch to enquire when our next Warrior Women or Warrior Men at Barlow House is happening.
I was very fortunate to be present at the inaugural Warrior Men event and I’ve been in attendance at every event since. I initially heard of the event through a friend and went along on the night not really knowing what to expect. The whole experience of Warrior Men is truly unique and special. There is a wonderfully warm welcome from the minute you enter the room. It’s a real environment of inclusion and sharing where no one is made to feel undervalued or unheard.
The events allow an open platform for men to discuss any worries, concerns and issues that we might have. There is no judgement and everyone gets an opportunity to speak in a safe place where they are heard and appreciated. We share ideas, thoughts and most importantly we have a great laugh. It is really refreshing coming away from Warrior Men with renewed energy and some fresh ideas on how we might best tackle the many trials and tribulations that life throws at us.
In a world where gender stereotypes have us believe that men should be tough, fearless and not allowed to cry, I believe it is essential that men have an outlet like Warrior Men. With rising levels of depression and anxiety in men of all ages, Warrior Men will undoubtedly not only change but also save lives. Nicola and her team bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the whole field of personal development and empowerment. Personally the Warrior Men events have really helped me to become a better person and realise my full potential.
Warrior Men is an experience that every man should have. I would highly recommend it and I can’t think Nicola her team and all the Warrior Men enough for the changes they have helped steer in my life.
